Clements Design, based in Los Angeles, was selected to create the interiors for the Hotel Residences. Known for their sophisticated neutral palette, they craft warm, inviting spaces that blend rich materials with an eclectic mix of modern and antique pieces, resulting in a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic—distinctly different from traditional mountain resorts.
Hotel Residences are 43 fully furnished, turnkey homes designed by Clements Design, offering one- to four-bedroom layouts ranging from 821 – 5,514 square feet. Hotel Residence owners have the option to include their residence in the Hotel Rental Program.
